The Honourable Thing

Do not be afraid,
He will keep himself safe,
His priority is you,
Do not shed a tear,
Be strong for him,
Have faith in his love,
The strength that you share,
All will be alright,
Just keep up your resilience,
Forget fear and fight,
Be here when he arrives,
Capture him in open arms,
Give all your love and welcome
 him back home,
Because home is with you,
In your togetherness,
Shed tears of relief, joy and belief,
Keep your faith in him,
He won't let you down,
Everything he does is for you,
Love is the greatest force,
And the fight he gives is for you,
For a better future and life,
Every step is towards coming home,
Time will pass,
However painful it may be,
But he will return home,
To be back in your life,
Some morning you will wake up,
And this will be over,
He'll be beside you,
Happiness will reign,
The war will be fought,
The duty will be done,
It is the honourable thing.

Something More

I love how when you stop and stare,
It never gets old,
I see something more each time,
Something that makes my heartbeat irregular,
I smile much wider,
And it's your fragile heart,
That makes me fight that much more,
Makes me think of all I would give,
To keep you close,
And all my fear, disappears,
Reassured that this will work,
Nothing is crazy,
With all that's come and gone,
Everything we have to gain,
From now on,
All my doubt goes away,
Somehow "falling in love" is alot more
 stable than it sounds,
Because when your heart soars,
It never hits the ground,
Don't live with fear,
Love that finds you,
Holds you tight,
It never lets go.

I Will Follow You into the Dark- Death Cab For Cutie

I always listen to song lyrics so i thought i would share this because i really love the words in this song....enjoy

Love of mine
Someday you will die
But I'll be close behind
I'll follow you into the dark
No blinding light or tunnels to gates of white
Just our hands clasped so tight
Waiting for the hint of a spark

If heaven and hell decide that they both are satisfied
Illuminate the No's on their vacancy signs
If there's no one beside you when your soul embarks
Then I'll follow you into the dark

In catholic school, as vicious as Roman rule
I got my knuckles bruised by a lady in black
And I held my tongue as she told me "Son fear is the heart of love"
So I never went back

If heaven and hell decide that they both are satisfied
Illuminate the No's on their vacancy signs
If there's no one beside you when your soul embarks
Then I'll follow you into the dark

You and me
Have seen everything to see
From Bangkok to Calgary
And the soles of your shoes
Are all worn down, the time for sleep is now
But it's nothing to cry about 'cause we'll hold each other soon
In the blackest of rooms

If heaven and hell decide that they both are satisfied
Illuminate the No's on their vacancy signs
If there's no one beside you when your soul embarks
Then I'll follow you into the dark
And I'll follow you into the dark.

Well it's a change, hope ye liked it.
Watch and listen to the song here

Desperation

I have this feeling,
 like desperation,
In my chest,
 pounding hard,
To be heard,
As I struggle,
I know I need to breathe,
But it's difficult,
When weighing down on you,
Is the thought of easiness,
How easy this could be,
If I just let go of time,
And found a place for
 you and me...
How easy this could be.
But nobody is listening,
To a pair of pounding hearts
 beating out of time,
Well you see,
We're running out of time,
To fix the everything
 that's crumbling apart,
So I say sorry,
I apologise,
For putting on a face,
For trying to be brave,
It was some disguise,
To convince both of us
 that this was right,
This time it seems,
We're wrong.

Generation

Amongst all the bruises
 and the scratches,
I still manage to lift
 myself up,
Off of the ground,
To get a better view,
Of life and how we manage
 to survive it,
When it seems we just get
 up to get knocked down,
Yet again there is no end,
I think you'll find,
That even time,
Won't fix what's broken,
It takes much more than
 tape or glue,
To try to mend what
 words can do.
Pressure, suffocation,
It's all the same this generation,
You try to climb,
But slip and fall,
With all the attention
 or lack of,
We seem addicted,
To all the pain that's
 self-inflicted,
There's just no time
 to stop or stare,
To try to remember
 if we even care.
Find a meaning they scream,
Make an effort,
Make an impact,
Make it count,
So many choices,
Be all  or be nothing,
It's no wonder we crash
 and burn,
I wonder will the new generation
 ever learn...

Burst.

Look at her hands,
Covered in crimson,
She stole his heart,
And ripped it apart.
There she stands,
Alone in the dark,
Until it gets cold,
And then it's hard to breathe.
So though she tries to run,
She can't get away,
From the lies that she told,
And the hearts that she mamed,
She cries in despair,
That he'll never know,
How she loved him too much,
But couldn't let go,
So she held on too tight,
But burst both hearts,
She tried to fix it,
It was just too hard,
To find a solution to a timeless problem,
It won't go away,
Only stay the same.
Yet she wouldn't change a thing,
For fear it could be worse,
She'll just let him think,
His heart was the only one
    Burst.

Something Like A Song.

So just throw me to the floor
 when you've destroyed me,
Use up every drip of blood
 and bone,
Burn up everything that once
 reminded me of home,
Because it's no use to me now,
No it means nothing somehow.
What's the saddest thing of all,
Is that you let me take the fall,
So much for the words that
 you once told me,
It counts for nothing now
That your riches have been found,
I know,
A heart of gold just doesn't
 pay the bills.
What I wonder now,
As I ache here on the ground
Is how you found the poison
 to hush every living sound,
Could it be your words of steal,
Or just the hatred you couldn't heal,
I guess it doesn't matter,
Since we're all still here,
In this place filled with darkness,
And no sense of direction,
It's going to be a long walk home,
And home might not still be
 there anymore.
